I am very glad I chose sterling palm bliss hotel for my stay in rishikesh. All the staff members there are so helpful, active and humble they welcomed us so well and I personally felt like home there with all the staff members I met and the food was just amazing, the services were super prompt. I asked them to decorate my room for my husband’s birthday and they did such a wonderful job they decorated the room the way I wanted, I can’t thank them enough as they made it so special for me and my husband. I would like to thank Kuldeep from house keeping for all the efforts he did to make my room look beautiful he was so so good and patient in his work also I would like to thank Ferica from reception, she heard all my questions & suggestions so patiently and helped me in all the ways to make it so perfect for my husband’s birthday. I will also thank all the other house keeping staff who helped me in this. I am so happy with Sterling Palm Bliss that I would love to send my knowns there for the stay. Highly recommended.
