The room and other amenities were good. The best part of the hotel was their employees. Suraj and Virender from the reception were incredibly helpful to us. Harish from the restaurant was also very collaborative and chief Rana’s food was also pretty amazing. If I wanted two bottles of water at 2:30 also, Pawan Negi from housekeeping would come in a jiffy. Another good thing about the hotel was its location, which is 7 minutes walking from the Ram Jhula Market.
