This was my first time in Panchgani, and staying at Sterling Panchgani was the best decision. For me, it has always been about customer service and the way you are treated. When we checked in, we had some issues with the room, but very quickly, Viru Yadav, the manager of the resort, came to visit us and made the necessary arrangements to help us shift rooms. Mr. Viru ensured we had the best stay for the rest of our time there. He constantly checked on us by calling and personally visiting our door to make sure everything was fine.
Additionally, all the staff members were incredibly nice and friendly, making the stay even more memorable. The food was an added bonus; from breakfast to dinner, the taste was amazing. There were plenty of indoor entertainment options and an amazing outdoor pool. One of the days, I wasn’t feeling well, and the manager and staff made sure I had the necessary medication. Overall, the stay was absolutely memorable, and I would highly recommend staying at Sterling Panchgani.
