I had a great experience with my family during the 3 night stay there. I got everything and every service on time properly each time. The manager person Manoj Ji is the one of the most humble and helpful man I have ever seen. All the staffs of the hotel also maintain their best service always. Few of them I remember by name like: Bhumika, Rahul, Sanjib Da. Other’s name I just not able to recall, thats my bad. I will always recommend this hotel in all the aspects and sure I will stay here only if I can come to Kalimpong next time.
