Purpose of my visit to kalimpong was to seek silence, deep meditation &soul searching…and my wish was fulfilled with the 3 nights stay at the Kalimpong Park Hotel.Located bit away from the otherwise clumsy Kalimpong town, this hotel is itself a place to spend a short vacation.The front two storied portion is a heritage building, with wooden floors, ceiling, many antique items.. an overall vintage feeling!..A newly constructed portion of the hotel is behind the heritage.My room was at heritage building, 2nd floor, overlooking the hills.Service was good, and so was the food…wish to be back here again some other time…
