One of the best resort in Kalimpong and everything about the hotel is absolute perfect. The most significant and memorable moment was a short meet up with the front desk employee DIPIKA who is so well versed with customer relations , soft skills and personal magnetism. Dipika handled the situation pretty well. I would like to forward my humble request to HR of Sterling holidays to elevate the position of People like Dipika. I’ll give five stars for the prompt, humble and helpful attitude of Dipika.
