First, the staff: friendly, thoughtful and helpful, everyone made us welcome and comfortable. Our room was quiet and full of light. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. There were a number of outdoor seating areas that were charming, as was the lounge. It’s a 15 minute downhill walk to the center of town, and a R200 taxi ride back. The hotel restaurant was good, and there are a few others within walking distance. We extended our stay.
