In this regard, I would specially like to mention Dipanita of the front office who not only went out of her way to solve a tricky situation regarding room allocation with patience & to the best of our interest & satisfaction, but in many other ways including putting us to travel services directly to get the best of offers customized & at the best of prices, or helping us with alternative arrangements for a group evening when it started raining.
