Quirky staff added to our memorable time at this charming heritage hotel. We stayed in the older part of the building and loved the size and comfort of those two front rooms. Wonderful views from both. Breakfast was sufficient and we had a delicious momo lunch that I’ll never forget. The hotel is located outside the city center making it very peaceful but maybe not the best place if you want to be close to a lot of activity. Wifi was available in one room but not the other and hit or miss on the ground floor.
The hotel also has a small shop offering some local items – shawls, masks, etc. Rather than spending time shopping in the city, I bought everything I wanted here.
