An old hunting lodge this place is full of charm and heritage! Yes the beds are a firm and the furnishings are old but it is very clean and the staff are very friendly.
Sitting out in the veranda drinking whiskey is priceless! You feel like your in a complete time warp.
Listening to the storms at night when your tucked up in bed is a great feeling and then there are stunning views in the morning when it clears.
Reading other reviews people didn’t like the food, we ate the Tibetan style food and really enjoyed it, massive portions and great flavours.
Also we were the old part of the building, as there were three of us we had two rooms and a shared bathroom which was perfect.
The staff were very attentive and friendly.
