The service starts from the security & bell boys when we arrive. The staff is always smiling, greeting the guests whenever they see the guests, ready to offer any service and extends unmatched hospitality and service to make the guests feel like a royalty and make the stay extremely comfortable. The staff at the restaurant basanta and Litu kumar (special)would always individually come and ask me if I needed anything else, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to any guest visiting puri sterling and looking for a decent hotel to stay in a very good location.
