We made a short trip to Puri and stayed at Sterling.
The hotel was very clean and contained all facilities. The staff at the reservation department was very cooperative. They ensured to provide us with a ground floor room since we were travelling with a senior citizen.
The staff at the restaurant are very well trained and courteous. The chef was personally visiting every table.
A very special mention for Ms.Sujata who is excellent at her job of ensuring that the guests are comfortable. She is equally courteous with kids and senior citizen.
We will definitely plan a trip soon.
