Overall experience with Sterling has been butter smooth.
Right from booking which happened directly via their website and a phone call, to the time of checkout, experience was great.
Opted for 2 of their Privilege Suites, and those suites are worth the price you pay for!
Had opted for a late checkin/checkout but they could allow me only 1 hour on both sides given the footfall the resort attracts.
Food was good, even the chef comes out to check on the food and gather feedback from the guests during the dining hours. Something that happens in top class restaurants.
They have enough facilities to keep you occupied, but us friends resorted to the Pool and later the beach.
Only hiccup was with the service wherein we could get their staff only after 2-3 calls. Happened a couple of times barring the checkout where they were prompt to be present to ensure we checkout at the earliest 🙂
