After recommendation of your Puri property by Mr. Praveen Jain Chhabra from Ranchi, we had booked your Puri resort for my cousin’s wedding from 11th to 13th December.
We would like to inform you that each & every guest (Approx 200) was overwhelmed by the service, food quality, maintenance, etc of your property.
We would like to thank each & every staff member who dedicatedly worked hard to make our event a special & memorable event.
We would especially like to Thank FIROZA Mam who was always standing beside us throughout the 3 days event, we had any problem and it was solved by her within a minute. Her passion for work was seen regularly !! While booking your resort she helped us in knowing your resort & she also helped us in allocation of rooms.
We wish her & all your staff members, best of luck for the future events.
