Thanks for concern you have on our feedback. Initially at the reception there was confusion regarding the no.of rooms booked ( staff told me two), but on my explanation agreed and alloted three rooms. I think there was no email communication this time of the allotment letter. Anyway we had a pleasant experience while staying in the resort in puri, with two of my friends couple (both are cardiac surgeons).The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very courteous and helpful, which had a positive impact on our friends. Location of the resort was really good.
