We did have a sea facing room. Room number 1115. The AC wasn’t working initially. However the maintenance team responded immediately to fix it and a floor mounted fan was provided. The housekeeping service was prompt and good. Regarding the food the breakfast was excellent. It is worth mentioning the amazing,personal and outstanding services rendered by Ms Anupama ,Manoj, Lijalin,Kamala and Mr Gyana at the reception desk. Excellent staff. Very good experience and a good holiday.
An advice…please start the shuttle service to Puri and to build an access to the nearest seabeach as was there previously
