This property is small, but very elegant, and with just about everything you need for a short vacation.
BUT, and this is important, the soul of this property is truly its people. This is amongst the most conscientious and responsive staff we have seen anywhere. They were unfailingly warm, always courteous, and extremely serious about attending to the most minor complaints of their guests. Whatever little niggles we experienced were sorted out in no time at all. (Not that there were many to begin with.)
My special appreciation for Mr. Umaraman, the Head of Housekeeping, who was a model of rectitude and responsibility at all times, someone who took a personal interest in sorting out any issue without much fuss and with total dedication. Even the front staff comprising Ankur and Aryan were totally involved and passionate about their guests’ conveniences.
All in all, a great experience that left a very pleasing impression on all of us. Do not get put off by negative reviews. They may be dated. I am not doubting anyone’s personal experience but going by our stay, things have definitely changed for the better. It’s a lovely, little property that requires more love than it currently has, and a few more opportunities to prove its worth.
