The stay at sterling was a very great experience. Very neat and clean rooms. The check in was very smooth and front office staff very soft spoken and co- operative. The dinner and breakfast both were very palatable and service very prompt and as per our requirements. Special mention of one Mr Kumar at the Cinnamon Sterling Thekkaddy , who was very pleasing, energetic and served food as per our taste. He saw to all our comforts, and we were served very hot and tasty food. On the whole, as a sterling member we were very pleased staying at Sterling Thekkady was remarkable. 😀
