We were 2 families on a 3-day trip to Thekkady and stayed at Sterling Thekkady. The stay was very comfortable. We were 5 adults and 4 kids hence took the family suite and a regular room. The bed was big and comfortable. Can easily accommodate 2 adults and a kid. The restrooms were clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The restaurant downstairs also had a decent menu and good quality.
While checking out I left my house key in the room and the hotel staff called me while I was half-way back to my home. It was very nice of them to courier back my keys promptly without any delay. I really appreciate the effort.
Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay and definitely value for money
