Hotel Cinnamon is a very new hotel. The rooms are very spacious. My room had living room, balcony, and bedroom area. It’s value for money. The check-in was fast and hotel staff helped us with luggage on arrival and departure. Rooms had all the required accessories from hair dryer to nail cutter (yes we asked and were provided 😊).
I stayed with my parents, wife and 2 kids. The hotel has a 24 hours kids activities room. I took my kids and they had a good time.
In morning, we went for complementary breakfast. They had a buffet with South Indian food, Fruits, Toast, Puri, Curries etc.. The staff was very friendly and served us with great vigour and attention. I was requested to fill a form to collect information on hotel service. I filled and gave them good score. The checkout was very quick and we left the hotel. Few Kilometers away, I realized my phone is missing. It was a 35K INR worth brand new phone. I was upset. We searched our bags but in vain. I guessed, I left my phone at the hotel. I called at my phone and was immediately answered by the hotel staff. They informed me that my phone is at Hotel reception and ready for pickup. I told them I am on my way to pick up the phone. I was relieved and asked driver to take car back to the hotel. On reaching the hotel, I found hotel staff waiting for me on the door to return the phone. I did not even had to get off my car to get my phone. I thanked them and moved on to my next destination.
I am really impressed by the hotel infrastructure and staff’s outstanding attitude. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in future 😊
