I stayed in Sterling Waynad for one week with my family. The whole experience was exceptional. From the front desk check-in to check out everything was perfect. The staff were warm and helpful. Always smiling and greeted us warmly. We felt welcomed into the resort with the behavior of the staff. Covid standard’s and hygiene was maintained by everyone. The property is well maintained and clean. Some of the staff I’d like to call out are Vibin and Chandrika from the front desk, Junalee from housekeeping, Rahul and both Jitin’s from Restaurant, Libin from the pool area. The staff were so professional and well mannered with all guests. These guys have truly set the Gold standards for customer service. I would definitely go back to the resort with my friends and family.
