– Mr Rajesh TG sir (RGM)- He is a man of brilliance and dynamic aura. Very gentle and handles everything with utmost perfection.
– Mr Manoj sir (GM) He is a man of etics and great principles. We had a great time talking to him. The best leader who actually helps and leads. Attends each and every guest to know their suggestions and makes them into practice. Makes every possible move to make his guests comfortable.
– Mr Shrinath sir- a soft-spoken person with a dynamic personality man of dignity and chivalry. He loves to face challenges and has the guts to take responsibilities. He is a great team leader and his friend his team (Anisha, Deekshit, Arun, Vishnu, Aryan, Sona, dawa) very well who welcomed us with great pleasure and made every effort to keep us content.
– Mr prateesh CP sir (F&B manager)-he is a very sweet person with great decision-making ability and would implement all the suggestions we gave every time he met us, he would make sure to pairs of visits and I have a conversation. Even when he got to know about my daughter’s achievement his specially arranged the cake and all the chefs made a visit to celebrate our happiness this gesture really touched our heart.
– Mr Pratheek sir (restaurant manager) -he is a great host and does his job very dedicatedly. From suggesting us best dishes to having good conversation array his ultimate strengths. He would make sure that everything was perfect, and we got the best service.
– Restaurant team-Jithin Joseph Hemanta, Boni, Suman, Swati Pratap, bidd, Bhisma and Aditya. They all are very well trained, polite and humble. Attended us every time very sweetly. They would constantly check on us if we needed anything. We were highly impressed by the service and nature.
– Chef Sanju Jose (executive chef), Amal pathrouse, and gopakumar, Shahja- all the chefs are kings of good food. The food was really delicious and finger licking good.
– Housekeeping- Sindhu- she is great at her job. Every time our room would be very clean and well said. She keeps the sweet smile with her and always ready to help. Junalee- she is a bomb of energy very cheerful and would go every mail to keep us comfortable.
– Security service is excellent. They are very polite and would always be great with smiles.
