The Sterling Wayanad is an excellent resort for family and couples … especially for children.
Mr Dilip who takes care of the games and entertainment for the guests was extremely friendly and helpful and is an asset to the organization. He is very sincere and genuinely gets involved with the guests and makes effort to meet each and every guest and tries to involve them in games, nature walk, snooker, tambola etc.
A special thanks to Mr Krishna from the Spa who is the go to person for excellent Ayurvedic treatments at the spa
We were very well taken care by all the staff in the restaurant especially Ms Laxmi and the two other ladies and male staff in Flavours Restaurant. The buffet spread was also varied and there were interesting dishes which my wife and I loved. Over all an awesome experience. Special thanks to the Chef’s at the kitchen.
Ms Misbah who takes care of the Front Office made sure that we were welcome and had a memorable experience over all.
Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a getaway from the day to day hustle and bustle of life.
In closing I wish to complement all the staff at the resort especially and not to forget those working behind the scenes such as the staff manning the buggies who were very helpful, the housekeeping and maintenance staff who were quick and very efficient and made sure we had clean rooms.
The staff at the resort will be the main reason for us to visit again.
