We were here for 4 nights and loved the property very much!!
The Pros: Amazing location right in the middle of the forest. Clean property with a pond and a zip line within the resort.. Great Swimming pool and SPA.. Food was great too – Lots of indoor activities to keep kids engaged.
Things that need improvement: Overall service levels – especially at the restaurant were below the standards of the resort. Non-welcoming and almost dont care attitude – and we also felt that it was understaffed and so may be we experienced it this way.. so stuck to eating out or using room service. Except for the restaurant all other areas had a great service experience.
The highlight for me was accidently meeting Mr. Aneesh – who saw me with a camera as I was trying to click some birds – the resort has a great number of birds that keep visiting the flowers and trees – and Mr. Aneesh took me around the resort pointing to the locations and the birds that were visible.. It was amazing !
Overall I would definitely recommend this property and would also say that do try and meet Mr. Aneesh if you are interested in spotting the birds in and around the property.
