As it was 10th wedding anniversary, we wanted to have a calm and relaxing outing this time around. After considering many resorts, filtered them out depending on distance and availability.
Choosing Sterling Wayanad turned out to be the best choice we made, it was of right distance and just outside our Karnataka to have good drive.
One word review would be, Sterling = Hospitality.
We had no plans of visiting any places around, just wanted to be pampered by good food and stay.
Two days of our stay in resort was majorly divided into food, entertainment and pool.
Food – The spread was well balanced (between veg and nonveg) and perfectly curated by head chef Mr Sanjo Jose. He was attending to guests every time we went in for having food with a huge smile on his face and he was ready to squeeze in any special requests from guests, we were welcome by Ms Swati S into the dining area and attended by Mr Prathap every time with a huge smile on their face (lucky to have met them).
Entertainment = Mr Dileep,
He is a very enthusiastic person, he hosts evening activities around bon fire pretty well, he’s good at dancing, singing and entertaining.
Pool – The resort has a huge pool (but just 4 feet depth for adult’s pool), it was relaxing to lays out in the pool, the person InCharge of pool is Mr Amit, he keeps the pool clean and guests safe from monkeys which comes around sometime.
