Me, my Husband and friends Rajesh & Bhavna were at sterling Wayanad, kerala for 4 nights.
We faced some inconvenience with food and house keeping initially.
Thanks to Amit, House keeper who escalated our feelings and feedback and soon a team of chef Sudheesh, Yash and Amit too took it on. Kudos to manager Navin for able lead-on and team building.
Such a hospitality experience is awesome!
