Overall we had a pleasant stay over here, below are the observations from our Tenure
1. Being a sterling property, Expectations were high. But the actual condition is a little bit different.
2.Room Plans were with Buffet plan, but buffet service will be there as per occupancy. They will serve happily from the food menu without any extra cost.
3. All of their staff were most hospitable & welcoming. On 1st check-in we were sceptical about our stay but all were gone once we were treated by their staff.
4. Special thanks to Restaurant manager Mr KUMARESH for being a hospitable & helpful gentleman.He went to extreme lengths to assist us in our needs during the stay.
