I checked into your Yelagiri resort on 11/08 noon along with my friends & family. We were totally 6 persons – Booked 2 rooms i.e. 1117 & 1118 – 1st floor
We met your staff/receptionist – They were polite & friendly in their behaviour/approach
We appreciate a few of whom we recall your staff names i.e. Hussain, Kumaresh (F&B), Rahul (F & B), Mani (F&B) for their friendly gesture & for having given us a warm reception.
They are a great asset to you. Your Cleaning staff too are good & have cleaned both the rooms thoroughly. There was a cleaning guy (don’t remember his name) from Kolkata who cleaned the room nicely & was polite in his behaviour.
Overall – A good stay….
