Such a pleasant stay, i can write so many words for “amazing” location, room, ambience etc..but at the end of the day if any hotel does not have amazing staff, all this does not really impress much..so i thought let me write about the staff:
1. Mr Midhun – What a personality, amazing human being with so much of talent, he has really made us dance, sing and laugh for 2 evening back to back (during evening bonfire), he was handling a crowd like a “legend” but a very humble one (and it’s a rare combination of talent & humbleness), he made all of us kid again, when i saw my own video i was surprised 🙂 thanks from the bottom of our heart Midhun, so much to learn from you, as a family we all felt so much connected to Midhun, god bless you and your family; and have a very very bright future ahead; and by the way, he is a amazing dancer and i won;t be surprised if i see him in some viral dancing video or who knows may be in some movie 🙂
2. Arun – i loved this guy, what even best of 5 star hotels lacks, this guy has; “a innocent genuine smile”; he reminded me of my young days (pure & genuineness in whatever i do) the way he has been managing each and every guest is in itself like a live training for people to learn as how one should deal with a guest, so much of genuineness in the way he speaks / act, he has amazing potential, which i pray to the God that soon he get to realize his own potential. and what should i write about his dancing skill, all of us were just stunned 🙂 ..all the best Arun and keep growing and spreading your smile, God bless you and your family
3) Kuldeep Karmakar & Satyajeet (from the restaurant) – Often in the buffet, freshness of the food is compromised but i really liked the food here (don;t know chef’s name so can’t really praise him/her by name) but what i surely remember is the smiling faces of Kuldeep and Satyajeet, i felt as if i have been hosted by a friend of mine for a lunch / dinner 🙂 very friendly and at the same time respecting your privacy, All the very best Kuldeep and Satyajeet.
4. In addition, also had very quick but extremely pleasant interactions with Rangeesh, Palash too.
Overall, a big thumbs up to the entire staff 🙂
