We stayed here for 7 relaxing days. The resort staff are excellent. the Front Office is well managed by manager Mr. Moorthy & Mr.Hari.
The F&B is excellently managed by F&B Manager Mr. Rajkumar and the restaurant well served by Executive Chef Vijayan (he specially made Kerala style fish fry for us). Chef Sanjeev & Chef Praveen are from Uttarakand and cook great North style food.. The Stand out person is Chef Sateesh, he practically remembered everything we said we liked and he made it a point to cook it for us. He mothered us. Even presented us with an ‘Appam Patra’ and his printed recipe as we loved his appams and had asked the recipe. His action was out of the world. Hope Sterling rewards him. Even the stewards M/s. Shiva, Palash, Shantu, Ramya etc. were very helpful.
The Housekeeping is also great. The HK manager Mr. Prabhu personally looks into the details of the room & any special requirements and ably assisted by his staff..
The Resort Manager Mr. Jayant John is also an on the job person. Very focused.
Visited many Sterling resorts. They are great for hospitality, feel it’s their working culture.
