Had a wonderful experience in sterling yercaud in terms of hospitality, Food and overall services by their staffs. In restaurant section, Palash, Siddharth and Kuldeep provided very good service and ensured that all the culinary needs of the guests are fulfilled. Palash ensured customer satisfaction. The hotel provides variety of recipes and the quality is of top notch. In daily activity section, Mithun ensured that we enjoy evenings by organising daily fun activities with bon fire to make your trip a memorable one. The house keeping section ensured that our rooms are clean and provided all soughts of support. Overall a good place to stay and it’s very secure and the location too is great. I give 5 out of 5 for location, Restaurant service and food, Reception and house keeping staff.
