Property is really good and excellent service by hotel representatives. Landscape is beautifully done at this property. You get an awesome view of valley at hotel Premium
rooms and ample space to relax and enjoy your stay. The view at this hotel is better than the tourists spots in yercaud. So you can stay at your room and enjoy the sunset rather than visiting the tourist spots. Food was amazingly good and wide variety of dishes in buffet.
2 concerns that I have is 1) though it’s mentioned that wearing mask is mandatory in common premises , none of the guests are wearing masks. Neither did I notice hotel representatives asking the guests to wear masks. we would expect that hotel staff notify all guests if they notice them without masks. All hotel staffs were wearing masks. 2) as we booked as “non members”, initial room that was alloted to us was very basic and not good at all compared to other Premium rooms. However, when we informed the staffs on this, they got us shifted to a better room within 30 minutes. Later we realised that , better view rooms are blocked for Sterling members. This is not right approach as the room rate that is being charged is same for non members as well. If that is Sterling policy, then you need to adjust the room rate as well.
