Sterling Kodai Valley is one of our favourite getaway . It’s home away from home. It has a lovely ambience, site of scenic beauty and tranquility. My last visit was from Feb 20 to feb 27 , 2023.. We did not feel like leaving the place. We spent most of our time at the resort. Kids love it there with the park and the entertainment room.
Mr Ramesh , Restaurant manager takes very good care of every visitor individually, sees to their needs. The food is palatable and lot of varieties to choose from. Mr Amit kumar , Head waiter/captain of the restaurant is very hospitable and polite. He is very efficient and also works well with his team of other staffs like Mr Aditya , Mr Amit Pradhan and Suhail, to make our eating experience a good one.
Mr.Joswa , bartender is very talented and of good attitude and makes your bar experience wonderful. The local restobar is a good place to have conversations and relax with a drink.
Ms. Karthika and Ms Liancy are friendly and see to our needs immediately at the reception. They are talented and welcoming to all guests.
Lastly the managers of this wonderful place, Mr.Ajit Kumar , Mr .Shyamlaland Mr crosswyn make our stay experience a memorable one . They are always available to listen to all your needs and if any grievance , resolved at the earliest. I have never had a single complaint to make so far. It is all these staffs that make my family go back to this resort. We feel at home here.
