It was good stay at this property overall. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Manoj Xavier who helped us out with the issues we faced. He was very proactive and polite, always eager to help. Also a shoutout for Ms Bandana who was very polite and courteous in the restaurant. Just one area where the management should work is getting the reception staff trained properly as they are the first point of contact for any customer support. Also evening hi- tea, I found it quite strange that lady over there arguing for two bajji is complimentary and when we said to replace that as we don’t like, she started asking extra price. Also, there was no snacks for kids. So definitely a big improvement area is hi tea which we dint opted next day because of these issues. Never saw this in other resorts where hi tea was limited and nowhere at the time of booking it says that it is limited. Either don’t give hi tea or if you give let people choose. Breakfast was good with no restrictions.
