We are glad to inform you that our stay at Mount Abu Sterling from 25-09-22 to 29-09-22 was very comfortable. Whole staff was very comfortable. Whole staff was very co-operative & helpful. Service was prompt. Two drivers were always available to ferry us till room and sometimes to the main gate: front office people too were helpful. I do not know all the names who helped us but few names I would like to mention ? Mr. Mayank in the dining halls and Miss Gitanjali on the front desk; In short all were very helpful. But there is one suggestion- The mattresses were too soft and was not good for our backbone. If you can replace them with little harder one. Anyway thank you for everything. Hope you will maintain this quality service in future also.
