When my wife required urgent medical assistance, he acted immediately and arranged for a doctor to attend to her promptly. The team’s preparedness, responsiveness, and concern gave us immense reassurance during a difficult moment.
Mr. Kartik, General Manager, was cordial, approachable, and professional. He personally guided us around the property and offered valuable suggestions while we explored the resort as a possible venue for an upcoming family celebration.
Our check-in and check-out were swift and completely hassle-free. Mr. Soumen Bhattacharjee and the front-office team, including Kartika, Kareen, and Pranjal, were respectful, efficient, and helpful throughout our stay.
The dining experience was equally outstanding. Mr. Prathish and his team consistently accommodated our special food preferences with warmth and attention. Amit, Anjana, Aleena, Shajan, Kannan, Anusya, Bablu, and Maynul were polite, caring, and always ready to assist. The thoughtful packed meals and hot tea arranged for our return journey were a wonderful gesture.
Chef Vinay and Chef Kanal Angamuthu impressed us with the quality, variety, and personalisation of the food. Mr. Bharathi G and the housekeeping team ensured that our rooms remained clean and comfortable, while every additional request was attended to promptly.
