Despite the resort operating at high occupancy, the staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile, took time to exchange pleasantries, and regularly checked whether everything was comfortable.
The rooms were well maintained, and the expansive resort appeared to function smoothly and efficiently throughout our stay.
