Thought of sharing a few words about our stay at Sterling Munnar. We had approached Sterling Munnar for a Conference to be conducted by the Tirupur Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Oddly 25 of our fellow members accompanied by their family totalling around 50 persons planned a 2 nights stay at your property.
Right from booking Ms.Anu and Mr.Shyju were very cooperative and made the booking hassle free. We reached the property on 20th of May 2022 around 2.00 PM and were well received by Ms.Anu at the reception and guided directly to the lunch.
Our stay was very comfortable and the conference also went smoothly. The highlight of the stay was on the second day 21st May 2022 when our family was out for sightseeing and had to return back to the hotel due to heavy rain and no place to have their lunch. We had not opted for Lunch that day at Resort but as we had no choice we requested the resort people to arrange lunch with a very short notice. But the chef was very kind enough to extend the lunch for all of us even with the short notice. I would like to sincerely appreciate Ms.Anu for coordinating in arranging Lunch as we had around 15 kids to feed.. The timely support by the Chef was unforgettable.
The Stay , Food and conference facilities were all too good and satisfactory . Overall the experience was wonderful and great.
Everyone at the resort was very courteous and gave their best to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to my family and friends.
