Sterling Anikatti – Wow Factor!

Me and my family stayed for 3 nights ( 30th Sep, 1st & 2nd Oct 2021 ) at Sterling Anaikatti. I felt I should share some feedback…….

The moment we checked into the room Mr Barun Nayak ( RM) met us in person, welcomed us and briefed us about the entire resort and sightseeing around Anaikatti. We did not expect a Resort Manager to come and meet us? In fact this is the first Resort we experienced this personal interaction. What was most surprising is that the Resort is covered with extraordinary greenery and foliage yet the pathways and surroundings are always clean? I did notice one male HK staff member ( slightly heavier built) constantly cleaning the open areas from early morning until late evening. He was even busy cleaning the open areas when it was raining? Room boys were constantly running around and cleaning rooms. Irrespective of the timing or rains these guys were at our door steps to supply the tea/coffee sachets with just one phone call!
My daughter and I got caught in the heavy rain around 08.00pm in the evening and we took shelter in the security entrance ( exit gate). The security guard did something extraordinary, he gave my daughter his chair to sit down. We refused the gesture and were standing. Surprisingly he also did not sit down and stood along with us for no less than half an hour until we left ! He was actually giving respect to us which was not needed ! My respect to him for this extraordinary gesture……
On the 3rd night we were too lazy to go to the restaurant for Dinner and were not very hungry since the lunch buffet was so good that we over ate! However, we wanted to eat some sort of snacks before sleeping. The restaurant staff ensured the soup and fish fry was delivered to our room within half an hour. I am aware that it is not a normal practice but an exception was made. We sat on the balcony overlooking the river stream and had our Dinner. This was an extraordinary experience which we can never forget!
The process of sanitization and temperature check for all visitors gave us a huge confidence. We immediately knew that we were entering a well maintained and well managed Resort.
We have taken with us some wonderful and extraordinary memories of our stay at Sterling Anaikatti.
It was only possible because of a wonderful and dedicated team at the Resort.
Our heartfelt gratitude to Mr Barun and his team to actually make our stay memorable. They deserve to be appreciated.
