My suggestion to Sterling holidays is to place a staff welfare donor box at the reception counter , so that people who are pleased by the service of the staff from reception man to attedants to bearers to room cleaners, can donate (optional) some amount. That can be shared by all stakeholders every month. It avoids individual tipping . The entire team is responsible for good service.
