We had a pleasant stay @ Varca Goa ,under the management of Mrs Vivian.
She had made the stay memorable one in association with her team members Mr Neeraj and Miss Aleeta.
Other location sterling has never been so pleasant experience and sterling has never been a trusted location for me.
But Mrs Vivian and her team has changed my thought process.
You will see my past emails, for other location which has always been a complaint.
You should make your other location team to go through training under Mrs Vivian, perfect resemblance of hospitality business.
