Dear sirs, this has reference to your mail for the feedback of our stay at your resort.
I along with our family members had a wonderful holiday for 2 nights.
I specially mention Mr. Gaurang, resort manager who was so helpful from the moment we checked in and till we checked out in all respects like providing the rooms of as per my request and providing the transportation for the local sightseeing and also to Darjeeling sterling.
I also mention Mr. Pradip of Housekeeping who was also so helpful to provide us with additional tea bags to refilling the drinking water even at 10.30 in the evening.
We liked the behaviors of the restaurant staff who were extremely attentive towards our liking for the breakfast and dinner.
