I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are at Sterling Goa Voca. I arrived there at 4:30 in the morning following an international flight. I belatedly realized that I should have booked my room for the night before, since I was arriving so early I’m the morning. But since I failed to do so, and it was the peak wedding season, they understandably had no available rooms. Nonetheless, the night clerk and the security guard went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the lobby and gave me anything I needed (including coffee!). Truly wonderful gentlemen. Normally checkin was at noon but the staff made an incredible effort to get me into a room much, much earlier. They were so friendly and accommodating and it made my egregious booking error so much more bearable! A wonderful place, great location and absolutely wonderful staff! Truly, every staff member I interacted with there was extremely friendly and helpful.
