Right from check in and through out our stay till we checked out we felt completely at home. Courteous and efficient staff in all departments. Very good food. General hygiene of high standards maintained in the room, restaurant etc; Service is also top notch. Ofcourse the credit goes to the G.M Mr.Bijuraman for leading such a wonderful team. Special mention to be made of the Chef Ranjit who is extremely talented and the F&B Manager Pradeep who is hospitality personified. Thank you all once again for the most memorable stay.
