We were staying at your Kodai Lake resort from the 14th through 18th March….with a few other friends .
Indeed, we found the resort to be very comfortable and relaxing….
Our transfer from Madurai Airport to your resort was well arranged by Mr Prabhu.
The Check-in was very swift …Ms Amina was very sweet in explaining all matters as she guided us to our room.
All through our stay, she was available to look after our comfort.
The rooms are very cosy, neat and have all require amenities. Housekeeping handled well by Elizabeth….
The Restaurant : Although the restaurant needs a make-over, the service by all waiters and stewards was warm & satisfying…especially Ms Nandhini..and the person at the billing counter ( who also took our order a few times). The Chef Virendra cooperated well and adjusted a few dishes as per our requirement…
On the whole, a lovely break and looking forward to such more….
