Sub: Rajgopal, PV/ Member (ID=1001859)/ Appreciation– for My Trip to Sterling, Kodai-Lake Resort, Tamilnadu, during my Stay from 2nd to 4th, June-2022.
1) I Stayed with my Family Members (Total= 11 Persons) in the Sterling-Kodai Lake Resort as mentioned above. During Our Stay we had Excellent Experience in the Resort. We enjoyed Our Stay Very well. We stayed in 3 Rooms.
2) The Resort had Excellent Facilities, including an Electric Vehicle (Buggy) for Transporting Guests and Luggage. The Resort was well Furnished and Maintained. The Ambience and Land Scaping were very good. The Executives & Staff were Very Courteous and helpful and supportive. The Cafeteria (thoughtfully located) near the Guest Rooms was serving Hot and Excellent Snack / Coffee/ Tea. We had very Good Roof Top Barbeque Dinner.
3) At Sterling Corporate Office: I convey my Special Thanks to the following Executives / Staff who helped us get Accommodation to Stay in the Kodai-Lake Resort.

5) During Travel: Sri Pandian, Driver / Innova Car (No:8709/ of Sterling Resorts, was a very nice person and drove well. He was Neatly dressed and a well-mannered person. He showed us the various points of tourist interest. The Innova Car was Clean and well maintained. My Thanks to Him.
