We organised a Rotary Club program in Kodai Lake View in November 12th and November 13th.
We had a pleasant experience, the cooperation of the staff was excellent.
I would like to single out the following staff members for the smooth contact of the event.
Mr.Rabbani of Madurai Sterling for giving us contact information to contact Kodai Lake view.
Mr.Albin did a great job in coordinating in booking Banquet hall and Food package for 33 members. I found a tremendous improvement in food quality for all three meal. The snack and side dish at the banquet hall was sumptuous and tasty.
Mr.Wasim Akram for co ordinating the room allocation and smooth check in.
Mr.Parthiban helps us with our luggages with smiles everytime we visit Lake view.
Room services and House keeping staff were excellent.
on the negative side, the property looks tired these days when compared to other Sterling Resorts. I could have experienced atleast one malfunction during my previous visits.
improvement in food quality is surprising and deserves a mention.
My sincere thanks to all the staff in general and particularly to the above mentioned.
