We visited kodai Kanal with our group of frnds and stayed at Sterling kodai valley after lot of research. We booked a 2BR and a Premier Room which they later upgraded to 1BR after day one, thanks to Mr Shyamlal. Initially the services were slow but later everything got fixed when we shared feedback with the manager and it was an awesome stay altogether.
Food is also good in the hotel, much better than what you get outside specially north india food.
We booked the cab from hotel only for our airport pickups and drops and all sight seeing . Even The car provided was very comfy and new.
Mr Gopalan was one of the best person we met in KodaiKanal and he took us to so many beautiful places. Thanks to him we enjoyed our journey starting from Madurai Airport. He was really caring and understanding and adjusting as per your needs. He even helped us get awesome
Handmade chocolates, oils etc and even arrange mehendi person for us as it was our wedding anniversary
