The location and ambience was outstanding. The best feature of the resort is its people. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Pravin from the front office, Anto and Dinesh from the restaurant, Chef Raman, Syed from the entertainment desk, Unni in the playroom and Gopal (Travel desk) were absolutely amazing!!
Must visit if you are in Kodaikanal.
