My feedback is as under;
-Wonderful property, very well maintained and nice views.
-Witnessed good hospitality overall. To name a few, I would like to mention Ms. Sasi Rekha (Guest Relationship person at the reception area, Mr. Antony (a Housekeeping person), Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Krishna Rao (from the restaurant) are those few whom I can vouch for their warmth, their humility and their being available for any assistance and trying to put in their best to achieve guests’ satisfaction.
-Food at the restaurant has lot of room for improvement, especially variety and taste in North Indian stuff. Even the South Indian foods lacked variety. In 2017, I stayed in ‘Sterling Kodai By the lake’; the food in terms of both variety and taste, was too good.
